Sunny Weather provides free standard ground shipping on most of our items to anywhere in the continental United States. All of our items are shipped within 3 days of order completion (except for our Napier tents, which sometimes take up to 5 days to ship).
RETURNS
You may return any unopened or damaged item within 20 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning, as all of our items are shipped directly from distribution warehouses. We will need to make sure you have the proper return address and a return authorization code for speedy return processing. We will replace damaged items with the same item or refund your money once the return is complete.
